Ok. I have something to admit. The dishwasher was half full of clean dishes. I just put a handful of new dirty dishes in there and re-ran it instead of putting the dishes away.

In Customer Success - always start with the customer journey. Every company should have a different version of this given the... product market complexity buyer maturity ... If you make decisions that start with the customer journey...you'll be golden. #CustomerSuccess
