i need to start measuring myself to see if im actually getting as big as i feel i am
ive never been so dead serious about starving before because i fucked up so bad this weekend i can never let this happen again
ive binged yesterday and seeing me gain weight just fuels my fire to binge the rest of today and then starve for a lonnnngggg time
even though im not ready to recover from my ed i am ready to recover from self harm and lessen my depression and anxiety
i think keeping a journal will help with my depression/anxiety/self harm
