It’s hard to understand why there’s so much unwillingness to help send Lucy to #Sanctuary. What needs to be reformed for 2024 is @CityofEdmonton’s culture & attitude to fixed vet Lucy assessments by zoo paid vets Lucy needs #Sanctuary experts who can work to relocate her out of🇨🇦
