🌶️ Hot take. A Net Promoter Score (NPS) can be more than just a range from 1-10. A 1-7 or 1-5 scale works just as well provided you adjust the threshold for your passive, promoter, and detractor buckets. The math checks out and we do this out of the box. #Marketing #indiehacker
