The boat has been wrapped, packed and is ready to race. You will notice the name of our latest recruit (Guilly for convenience). With 5 on the boat there isn’t an abundance of space. I imagine maintaining good hygiene will be vital for boat morale 🤢 @CombatStress @bowelcanceruk

So I’ve turn 50, got my free bowel cancer screening kit, looked at it for a couple of weeks then finally did it ( followed instructions!!!) and turned out all good so make sure if you get sent one that you do it!! It’s not that bad and only there’s only a 30% uptake atm
