@hogwarts_ofsted @IBSnetwork @ALittleBitYummy @LeeMartinRD 2 things. Apples are high in fructose and sorbitol. The fiber in apples isn't the FODMAP problem. Even if it were, very small amts of high FODMAP ingredients can be OK for low FODMAP diet IF lab tested & certified that 1 serv of the food meets low FODMAP criteria. Make sense?
