Registered agent, foreign qualifications, payroll tax reg, virtual mailbox, autopay state fees. 1-click to shutdown is near-impossible, but we do have a checklist we are going to open-source soon (at composed.abstractops.com).

5. Use @Superhuman. It's one of the first subscriptions I bought when I started @AbstractOpsCo. You have to learn to operate keyboard-first (but it was easier for an old Excel monkey like me). But once you do, you'll save a ton of time. Some of the best $30 / mo I spend.
