Figjam has become a game changer for prototyping products These days, you can quickly make things in it that look like real software — plenty good enough for user testing. Crazy part is there is no learning curve, it’s *easier* than Google Slides or PowerPoint

The product zeitgeist is overly focused on process. If the company doesn’t have a vision of what customers want that turns out to be accurate, then product is falling short Easier said then done ofc

When I first got into tech, I was delighted by how much people helped each other. Pay it forward. Don't expect anything in return. Something good will happen to you later. Don't bother trying to guess what will pay off. Shoutout to everyone out there keeping that spirit alive.

1/ The way you’re doing a startup job search is wrong. You join Ramp instead of taking guaranteed cash from FAANG because you believe the equity will be worth more in the future. This is a VC decision and you need VC tools to make it.

I just used GPT-4 to summarize some user feedback It was lighting fast💥, so easy, and probably more accurate than doing it manually This will fundamentally change product manager and user researcher roles

Fast track to personal growth: 1. Keep showing up. Do it scared if you have to. 2. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Ask for feedback. 3. Leave the past behind. Grudges don’t help. 4. Overinvest in your relationships. Look out for people. 5. Take breaks. Rest has value!
