I still have scars from steroid injections done by a 'specialist' in essex. Even years after I had scar revision surgery, I still have scars :( Advice to all cystic acne sufferers out there do your research before having steroid injections, Be aware it can scar badly!

Anyone tried or take evening primrose oil to help ease #pms symptoms? Just ordered some organic #naturesaid evening primrose oil to see if it will help ease my symptoms as I have had enough of feeling so naff every few weeks. Will let my sister's know if it helps :)

Have not posted in a long while. So I was told my partner also has fertility issues took many years for the NhS to tell me this! Now due to my age, only option is IVF & guess what I'm not entitled to it! Took a while to accept how I've been treated but it's just the way it is :(

Transvaginal scans are no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Results in November, from all scans / tests & bloods, hoping no other issues found other than #PCOS which I already know about 🤞

HSG is a test to check if your fallopian tubes are blocked one of many tests us ladies with fertility issues have. Mine hurt & messed with my hormones/cycle. They never said this could happen. #HSG #PCOS #TEST #FERTILITY #ISSUES

Is anyone out there taking metformin to help regulate their cycle & found out they have an iron defiency? I now have low iron to add to my list! Solve 1 problem great another...
