Radiotherapy imaging should be reviewed for every trial where it's present. It's that simple. With Aitrium, it's no longer too expensive and time consuming to justify.

Industry-run trials typically don't collect RT DICOMs, which contain radiotherapy plan details, centrally. @AitriumOS aims to make the process of RT DICOM collection as easy as possible for industry-run trials. Please help raise awareness of this unmet need! #radonc

CRFs don't tell us enough about RT treatment quality. For radiology/pathology, central review is already the norm. Why should RT be any different? At @AitriumOS we're making RTQA accessible and affordable for every trial that has a radiotherapy component. The time is now.

How is it possible drug trials consider RT a control variable if they only consider: Type of RT # of fractions Total dose Start Date End Date This overlooks dose constraints & other data points that impact OS. Plan review should be req'd to rule out inconsistency.
