آن‌جا که زبان مادری غریبه شمرده میشود و زمینِ اجدادی به نام دیگری سند می‌خورد، ملت‌سازی نیست، مهندسی خاموش سلطه است. نظام‌نامه ناقلین سیاستی که زیر نام توسعه آغاز گردید ولی هدف پنهان آن، مهندسی جمعیتی و تثبیت سلطه‌ی قومی بر زمین و هویت دیگران بود.
آن‌جا که زبان مادری غریبه شمرده میشود و زمینِ اجدادی به نام دیگری سند می‌خورد، ملت‌سازی نیست، مهندسی خاموش سلطه است. نظام‌نامه ناقلین سیاستی که زیر نام توسعه آغاز گردید ولی هدف پنهان آن، مهندسی جمعیتی و تثبیت سلطه‌ی قومی بر زمین و هویت دیگران بود.
درک و فهم گروه های سیاسی و جریان حاکمیت در افغانستان از ماهیت دولت و قدرت، یک درک معیوب، بدوی و مخدوش است. در یک صد سال گذشته به رغم تلاش های که برای تاسیس یک دولت ملی صورت گرفته ما هنوز به دولت به عنوان ابزاری برای تامین منافع و مصالح عمومی نمی‌بینیم.
ناکامی ما در تاسیس یک سامان سیاسی که متضمن ثبات و دوام باشد؛ یکی از مسایل اصلی نا اندیشده در تاریخ تفکر افغانستان است. پدیده بحران قدرت یا منازعه تاریخی قدرت در Af به چهار یا پنج دهه پسین مربوط نمی‌شو‌د؛ این چرخهٔ رکود و انحطاط از زمان شکل‌گیری این کشور همواره در گردش بوده است.

نژادگرایان ایران از دوران قاجار (قرن نوزدهم) به بعد تمامی میراث «ایرانِ بزرگ» را که افغانستان کنونی مرکز اصلی آن است؛ به نام خود سند زده‌اند. افغانستان قلب تمدنی ایران تاریخی یا «ایران بزرگ» بوده است. ناسیونالیسم کور، گذشته را انکار می‌کند و ریشه‌اش را با دستان خود می‌بُرد.
در تهران، شهروندان افغانستانی را «غریبه» می‌نامند؛ اما فراموش کرده‌اند که بلخ زادگاه زبان فارسی‌ست، و کابل، پاره‌ای از ایران فرهنگی. آنانی که در این خاک ریشه دارند، سزاوار روزنه‌ای از مهر و عدالت‌اند، نه دیوارهای بیگانگی.
توقعِ حق از دیگری ………… مردم افغانستان، از تمام عالم طلب‌کاراند که چرا حقِ آن‌ها را نمی‌گیرند و به رسمیت نمی‌شناسند. در زمان کرزی، به نیروهای ناتو اطلاع می‌دادند که در فلان منطقه، مراسم مردمی برگزار است و ناتو باید امنیتِ این مراسم را بگیرد. آن مراسم مردمی چه بود؟ سگ‌جنگی. سگ…
