Before taking this issue to court @fifletcher Can you take a look at this problem? Damp, Blocked gutter, leaking roof. Legally you are obliged to carry out yearly maintenance. This has not been adhered to. @BBCWatchdog @LQHelpResidents @LQHomesMatter
