PAs are being nation-wide. Option A: Launch a hate campaign, denigrate them on the social media, and defame them for being stupid. Option B: Welcome them into the clinical MDT fold, and try to improve their training standards and career development. I select Option B.
This is completely inappropriate and reckless. If your child is sick and in need of immediate medical attention, please, please, please do not avoid taking them to the hospital!

1/ One of most important things I've learned: Severe personality problems find *camouflage.* No one thinks "I'm a sadist" or "I'm a malignant narcissist." They find a belief system/social group that validates their most hateful, destructive impulses & construes them as virtues.
Welcome news on the EGM request by the RCP. Hopefully this expedites locking in Scope, directs trusts to move PAs out of inappropriate roles and moving PAs off every Dr Rota. What do you think the motions will try to secure?

I just don't understand this debate anymore. Are people working with PAs that aren't doing any of this? The role should be ward based work, clinical examinations, audits, clinical examinations, QIPs ect? It's nice to see happiness, but don't the majority of PAs do this?!
