2021 update: this is especially important now during the pandemic, a lot more people working from home/in lockdown. It's easy to forget and stay many hours just sitting, which is not good.

Been coding for ~14 years, here are my top 5 programming tips -Get a good chair -Get up and walk more often -Drink more water -Don’t sit hunched, raise your monitor/laptop monitor height -Know when to stop for the day *your code is gonna be much better

Two hours in and I’ve awoken for meds but tonight, no abdominal weirdness so it appears not starving myself helps! #cancer woes!

If you have #cancer, taking morphine and have lost lots of weight, I highly recommend a long, warm, moderate power shower! Man I feel so much better after that! Aches eased, skin invigorated, mind at ease! Don’t forget to moisturise after though!

My mother dated Roger Clark before she met my father (as a teen) and many years later I had my Subaru’s Impreza tuned by Roger Clarks Son at his workshop in Leicestershire! I would and still would love a mk1 like that though!
