Shit drivers are shit. Smart motorways help prevent this precise compression risk. Hard shoulder sat quietly and did absolutely nothing to stop this collision caused by selfish, arrogant and skill free drivers insulated by modern crash protection.

You’re confused because it doesn’t fit with your twisted victimhood. Live lane stopped vehicle alerts are treated with priority. Calls to enforce trauma induced alternate reality narratives from you are given the lowest priorities. Unless they are funny, then it gets shared.
