Progressive overload. If you're not following it, don't expect to grow bigger and stronger. You'll look at the same even after years of working out.

I see so many people doing either no warm up or very stupid warm up in the gyms before their working sets. This is just an invitation to injuries. At least devout 10 minutes to dynamic stretching to minimise the injury risk.

Who else loves Quick Banana smoothies ? 🥤 1 Large Banana + 1 tbs peanut butter + pinch of coffee + 250 ml low fat milk + 1 scoop whey + few ice cubes. Heaven in 5 minutes. 😋

If you're distracted while eating you'll always end up eating more as it's harder to realise when you're completely satiated: Practice: 🔸 Eating mindfully and slowly 🔸 Chewing your food well 🔸 Not eating in front of any screen 🔸Predetermine how much you'll eat

Focus on building muscle, that shit takes time & patience. You can lose fat a lot quicker once you're done. Remember, ONE thing at a time.
