Go for a walk in Nature No music No podcast No talking Watch what your mind does, where it goes, what it says, let go. It’ll be uncomfortable at first, it could be for the next 10, 20, 30 times you do it. That’s good. It means you need it. You need time of reflection in silence without adding more information to your brain. Let yourself figure out who you are without all the external influences. Who YOU want to be as an individual. How can you help people, what do you need to say or do. What part of yourself is holding you back. Contemplate what you want to want in life, not what you think you should want, or what others want. Trim off the parts of your mind that do not serve you with good intention. The ones that hold you back from achieving and moving forward. Then start.
