@BenUFO One big change would be if they could provide a built-in differentiated pricing strategy based on region/country, just as they do for merch. We are always trying to build a one-size-fits-all solution, and that is not the case. We can't charge the same in Latam as in EU/US/GB.
@BenUFO But not available in good quality (usually mp3), and not all the music is available for free in the net. People with the budget MUST pay more to support the producers who are the hearth of the scene. EU/USD are an economy of privilege. Rising the $ will just increase the gap.
@ias0na @robbooth @BenUFO The price of a 12" single has doubled in the twenty-five years I've been buying them, digital prices have been solid. Yeah some people will pirate your content but most of them would have anyway, and you're looking to cultivate loyal ethical fans who are proud to support you.
