@DrKristieLeong In HS (50 yrs ago) I picked up a magazine called Your Health. It’s message of eating from nature made sense to me. Lean meats, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, exercise. I stopped eating McDs, all junk foods, sodas etc. I quit cold turkey. I lost 43 lbs by my senior year.
@DrKristieLeong 2. The results? Now in my senior years I’ve never been hospitalized. I take zero Rx. Zero. As in none. I exercise daily, even if it’s just a walk. At my mandatory work physical the Dr. said I had the BP and stamina of an avg. 30 yr old. Is it just luck? Nope. #AnyoneCanDoIt
@BossJayCross1 That's wonderful! Your lifestyle is paying off. Unless you have excellent genetics, it's more than luck. :-) I had to look twice at that GIF. At first, I thought it was a static image. Then I saw the eyes move! At first I thought I was going nuts. 😂😂😂
