I've seen a lot of people say that squatting is bad for your knees. I couldn't disagree more. Squatting made my knees better and was even part of my rehab for patellar tendinosis. Tempo front and back squats helped tremendously. What ruined them was too much running & jumping.
Being jacked is a cheat code in life. Most people will automatically give you more respect than they would if you weren't jacked.
One of my favorite summer activities is mowing my lawn. Nothing better than getting some sun and a freshly cut yard.
Called the IRS to attempt to verify my identity in order to process my tax return and received an automated message saying to contact them on their next business day. Why are all of our government services a complete headache?
When I'm training smaller muscle groups like delts or arms I sometimes won't even count reps. I'll just choose a weight and go until I can't lift it and then I'll usually try to squeak out a couple partials. People get fixated on a rep range and often stop the set too early.
Kudos to powerlifters. Idk how they can be at the gym for 3 hours and do 1-3 movements. I tried it in the past and hated it. Felt extremely beat up and got bored with it very quickly. I prefer more of a hybrid or "power building" split.
Took a break on the Zyn and didn't even notice I didn't have them. Always heard nicotine was hard to kick but I don't seem to have much of an issue with it.
If you experience low back or SI pain, I highly recommend training your hip flexors and adductors. My two favorite ways to train them are lying cable hip flexion, and the standard adduction machine.
I have also started implementing isometrics with things like tricep extensions when my elbows start to bother me. I like to do them before pressing sessions and have noticed a huge improvement in elbow pain compared to sessions where I do not do them prior.
Before every single leg session, I do isometric single leg extensions. 5x45 seconds held at about 60 degrees. This has helped my tendons in ways I can't describe. I used to always have anterior knee pain with squatting movements and now my knees feel great.
One thing I've noticed about liberals is that they make good coffee.

I done 1 set of RDLs on Monday for hamstrings and they’re still in absolute bits. If there’s one muscle that doesn’t need a lot of sets when done right it’s hamstrings IMO. Try around 4-8 good sets per week and go from there. Hinges and knee flexion based movements etc.
@BowTiedBacho @RevRonin It is the gold standard. The only issue with Primo, and it's very user dependent, is that some of us get really low E2 when running it. The most I can run is at a 3:1 ratio of Test:Primo which sucks because I would love to be able to run it higher. 2:1 had my E2 at 12...
