@CClearseeing Was being tongue in cheek in the first part, but I like to know how ppl are learning to look after themselves. Just helped a family member with their kidney stones. From bedridden to pain-free in a day 💪🏾By the time their appointment came up, the stone was too small to treat 😉

@CClearseeing It's just crazy that it is cheaper than living at home or in a home (for some people). I asked someone how much a month, she said minimum $6000 for two people. That's a lot! I don't love cruises, but would rather do this for a year than a care home 😁

I stopped believing when doctors told me the medication side effect I was experiencing wasn't possibly related, even though it was listed on the literature they gave me from the manufacturer. That was 2007-is. Learned to take care of myself since
