Last but not least : the working group on the modernisation of Convention No. 20 met for the third time last week. A new convention, No. 35, on the issue of certificates of matrimonial capacity and capacity to enter into a registered partnership should be adopted in June
The new version of the practical guide to civil status is now online : ciec1.org/guide-pratique…. Answers for Israel, Estonia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Italy are already available.
