The first successful targeting of spreading depolarizations in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Cilostazol decreases the sequela of SDs after SAH and demonstrates how SDs can affect outcome after #SAH. @COSBID onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.100…
