Successful teams have high participation numbers AT THE SCHOOL for off-season workouts in the spring/ summer. Unsuccessful teams have lots of players AT HOME during the spring/summer and those teams don’t build the bonds of “IN IT TOGETHER” that are vital to team success!!

Used the sled to train different aspects of running. Marches for body position and force into the ground. Explosive first step for low shin angles and exerting force down and back. Sled drags for knee health. #SledWerk #Prowler
