Isn't it high time to insist on time bound processing of Forms. Why should compliance with due dates be only for companies and Llps? The professional has to lose sleep in the process. Absolute autocracy on the part of MCA.

Unable to create CHG-1 due to this error. Tried every possible jugaad yet no luck. @HelpdeskMCA21V3 what to do?
Same with MCA forms. A simple Inc 28 remains under processing for more than 4 months. No accountability for officials .No timeline to be followed. Due date, late fees and penalty are only for corporates and the professionals associated with it

We apply for "XYZ INVESTMENT PVT LTD" and they REJECT names on ground that "XYZ SERVICES PVT LTD" already exists. What is going on? there is no trademark violation also. @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India @icsi_cs #CSTwitter

Dear @IncomeTaxIndia @MCA21India @icsi_cs , how can you allow backdated UDIN by Chartered Accountants and expect strict complaince of the Companies Act, 2013. Isn't anything backdated bad in law? Will you allow backdated signing of Legal documents being legalized by institutes?

They are not listening to the practical problems. Showing attitude and arrogance. Our ICSI council is also giving letter for extension very late. @PMOIndia
