Mca portal wasn't working well in January, February and it isn't fully operational in March too. 1000s of crores of funds stuck, mostly startups. 100s in my direct contact itself. Full marks on incompetence to mca 💯 @Rajeev_GoI @Dev_Fadnavis @sudhirmehtapune @Mugdha_Variyar
