Decisions propagate down, feedback propagates up in 99% of orgs. Its the same with more abstracted technical teams... EXCEPT you have less ability to gauge whether a decision is right because of your lack of context.

Red Flag = Any CSuite forcing their org to use Microsoft 365 Generally chosen by folks who used it in Finance or are a bit older, it bogs down comms and restricts accessibility externally for everyone. Just fucking setup GDrive on your computer and use excel that way.
