Appalled that @AffinityWater are withholding vital info from customers during #covid i.e existence of Thames Water trust. This could really help. Agents have been told not to mention it.@MoneySavingExp @DailyMailUK @ofgem

This is such a shame to read @Burkey1974 Many of the Banks seem to have adopted this avoidance strategy since they got slapped down over ‘personal guarantees’ tactic. What’s next best? Avoid the customer

I am staying in the Omni hotel in Providence, RI. My room is cold. They can do nothing to warm it Other hotels provide me with a heater. They can't do this as it would be a fire hazard ! They point out that they have 562 rooms. Perhaps I should have stayed in a smaller hotel ?

I know very little about Caroline Flack. But I know enough to spot that there is an awful lot of hypocrisy and self-justifying rewriting of views and events going on all over twitter tonight.
