Back on #Keto as I need to shift some weight, having enjoying the shooting season a little bit too much… Food, Sloe Gin, Beer etc has plumped me up a bit, not dramatically but enough that some clothes are snug 🤣 Anyway, 3.6kg down in 9 days. That’ll do as a start!

Re-watching #ClarksonsFarm in the tractor and it’s just got to this bit… Although @RishiSunak was PM at the time, it perfectly sums up our current abomination of a Government and their contempt towards farmers! Even the door doughnut has a poor attitude towards farmers.

This is the exact reason I am hoping to hold a training evening with my @aircadets Sqn so I can educate the cadets on where food comes from as well as teach them how to prepare a variety of game - Pheasant, Partridge, Duck and Venison. Hands on and interactive!
