My plea allocution from 2008 -- i was too drunk to swim in the ocean while my son watched causing him emotional distress. 2nd degree endangering. Plea offer 5 years in jail. Ultimate sentence 5 years probation. 13 years and counting labeled as a "felon". Please @GovMurphy
