So @networkrail is responsible for the huge delays this morning, but, your staff at London WE (which there were few visible or hiding) had no clue what’s going on, I arrived at 08:45, left at 11:10! The first SE pl staff anonc was 11:00, disgraceful! ^Cam (1st Train 2hrs later)
