On 8/18/2025, the National Weather Service reprioritized it's data feed so that the following data are sent in this priority: 1. Text data/watches/warnings/advisories 2. All radar products 3. All satellite products 4. Everything else This should improve timeliness of our data.

This morning, we had extensive level 3 radar outages and delays. The problem was with the National Weather Service data feed, and not us. Things seem to be back and stable now.
We had a major power surge this weekend which took a few of our systems offline, including our weather station. We believe everything is back online now. Thank you for your patience.
What's happening, X? Well, our server upgrades are temporarily on hold, but almost all of our model products have been fixed and are available. No ETA on getting the rest fixed. -Gilbert
The NWS has had major dissemination issues on it's satellite broadcast today. We have seen numerous outages and delays of their data, including level 3 radar, satellite, surface and upper air observations, and all watches and warnings. They are working on the issues. -Gilbert
We're having some issues with one of our servers, so we're going to work on it for a bit...we hope to be back up at 6 PM CT/23Z/GMT. Thank you for your patience. -Gilbert
If you haven't noticed, we have added new "Hail Swath" Products that are now available for all viewing sectors EXCLUSIVELY on the HRRR! 🧊
Does this float your boat? We have a third floater sector now for models. Primarily for the ICECHIP hail research program, but today, they let us have it over the southern Great Lakes, starting with the 17Z models. Go check it out! -Gilbert
We continue to work on our old servers being switched over to new servers, but this week we fixed several issues with the RDPS/GDPS and as of 19Z today, surface vorticity on the HRRR. Onward and upward! -Gilbert
As a reminder, our server replacements continue. A handful of model products so far have broken in the process; we will work on those as time permits, but the upgrades take first priority. We apologize for any inconvenience. -Gilbert
