Super-res products are behind due to delays in our provider’s L2 data feed. We’re reaching out to them to investigate and resolve. In the meantime, please use digital reflectivity and other L3 products or super-res from AllisonHouse or Amazon if you have an AH or T2 subscription.

We’re investigating an issue with delayed super-res products for several radars. Non-super-res L3 products and products from supported alternative providers are updating normally.

RadarScope 5.3.1 for Apple platforms includes new radars in Denmark and Australia and several bug fixes. RadarScope 5.3.1 for Android includes bug fixes. The new radars will be added in 5.3.2 in a few days. RadarScope 5.2.5 for Windows includes new radars and bug fixes.

Super-res products are recovering after what appears to have been a brief product generation outage. We’ve opened a ticket for the appropriate team to investigate the cause.

Looks like the NOAA server is acting up again today. Recommend changing your radar data provider to RadarScope in the app settings and viewing super-res reflectivity instead of digital reflectivity.

The NWS server that provides non-super-res Level 3 radar products and storm tracks is down again. Use super-res reflectivity and velocity, and set your data provider to "RadarScope" to view other non-super-res products. Storm tracks are unavailable until service is restored.
