Check @FS_training24 to get the dome mat asap if you have any coaching time happening with little leaguers. Super tool to implement in regular practices! I've had mine for going on 2 years and they are still in fabulous condition with regular use!

Overhead throwing with beanbags- foundational mechanical skill happening this time around. It's vital to present material in a way students can identify similarities and differences easily. Underhand and overhead are movements that I love to begin chunked back to back

Dome mats should be in physical education programs EVERYWHERE! They are used throughout the school year with all grades! ✋️ 👁 coordination! I incorporate them in lessons all year with all small groups! Lesson plans come included! @SHAPE_America @SHAPE_Florida get these!
