$MSFT, $META, $AMZN and $GOOGL make up an estimated 40% of $NVDA sales. For $NVDA growth expectations to play out, they either need to make a lot more money from AI or risk becoming worse businesses. Either way, seems like pretty high customer concentration risk for $NVDA.

Here’s a few charts showing the difference in intermediate-term returns between US large cap stocks & small value stocks. There’s clearly a diversification benefit here (not to mention SV beat S&P 500 by almost 4%/yr over this entire period).

In 1998, Cathie Wood set up a fund called Tupelo Capital Management. By March 2000 (peak of the dot com bubble), the firm's AUM were almost $1.4bn. By March 2001, its AUM fell to $200mn. Always do your homework before trusting someone with your money.

Investing in well-run US gas companies is ESG friendly... unless you think that consuming Chinese coal is a better alternative. That's not to say we shouldn't be doing more in renewables
