I walked through this beauty yesterday with a couple prospects. 277,000 square feet of brand new cold storage outside of Charlotte. Punch list items being completed now with delivery in 2 weeks.
Ever wondered why it is called "Tilt Wall" or "Concrete Tilt Up (CTU)"? It is because it gets tilted up.
Watching a cold storage building go from early stages of planning to completion is so cool. This building is in the final weeks to delivery and now we just need a Tenant to bring it to life.
