Our Short Breaks for Carers scheme saw almost 100 carers taking a well deserved break, they were able to enjoy reflexology, meals for two, or afternoon tea. We are so grateful to the funders who made it possible: @InterlinkRCT @CarersTrustWal @WelshGovernment. #carers
