🤔 20 yrs ago young athletes developed through sport & a few/yr were ‘surprised’ to find out as a late teen they were good enough for the “next level”. Currently, many young athletes are ‘shocked’ as teens & not “next level” as expected it to happen by just participating.

Day 3 of 7. If you really know me then you know I am passionate about social change and climate change. A great read here that is a nice reminder that there are a lot of important issues, including those outside of sport/health.

Day 2 of 7. It probably helped to also have a great teacher, but this resource was a great buy for my clinical kinesiology class back when I first went back to school at a small college in MI. 📚🎓

First snow day at @AthlosUtah. The 13 year old impulsive side of me wants to challenge all of the middle schoolers to a huge staff v students snowball fight tomorrow. Appropriate? Probably not, but it would be fun!
