why is it such a big problem to people that LLMs can't do math? I don't get the issue, once you know it's a math problem why not just have your workflow route it to (say) SymPy?
this is mostly because in anglo countries there's a tradition of the state not getting involved in violence unless it's "needed"
this concept doesn't exist in mainland europe - even low-level violence/scrapping is seen by the state as a challenge to its monopoly over violence…

typically ppl think sf > nyc for building, nyc > sf for living
but we all know how taste-making is becoming the critical differentiator in building something great
Nyc >> sf for taste-making
feels like sf could get badly exposed by this in time
This guy also v briefly "worked" at @depictai_ in 2022, was fired after one of our engineers noticed that his Github looked really sus. Crazy that he's been scamming tech companies for years

2. in your own words summarize the most important gaps in your mental model
3. attack each gap in turn with LLMs as expert
> Liberal democracy is over. Liberalism with less democracy is needed at this point
> We need to adopt the Chinese model but with European and light progressive elements
I hear some Europeans saying this but they shouldn’t look to China but their own past. In the immediate…

i just think europe will take the $100bn/year hit and continue to outsource defence to the US. nothing will change until the EU breaks apart. EU is like bug spray to live players
america is doing a shakedown of allies that either cannot or don't want to switch allegiance to china.
the downside is pushing fair weather countries towards china by making participation in the US hegemony more costly.
This is a fundamental question: how fast do thinking systems reach diminishing predictive returns from thinking?
And how managers answer it has far-reaching implications for how they run their organizations.
