The weirdest part of building in public: The internet will love stuff you thought was boring. And it will ignore the stuff you thought was brilliant. So I guess just ship anyway. You’re a terrible judge of what will resonate to other ppl

Building in public isn’t about big wins every day. Some days you’re shipping features. Some days you’re cleaning up ugly code. Some days you’re just showing up. The audience doesn’t grow because you’re flashy. It grows because you’re consistent.

Every project feels embarrassing at v1. Too many rough edges, too many things you wish you had time to polish. But every time I ship early, I end up learning 10x faster than when I wait for ‘perfect.’ Cringe is part of the process. Ship anyway.

I used to think building a product was 90% coding. Turns out it’s: 30% coding 30% deleting code 30% convincing yourself it’s worth it 10% shipping before you overthink it. That last 10% is what actually changes things.
