Most won’t take the take to look at where they are and where they want to go. Not properly. They set on a few goals and hope. The don’t access if they really wont that goal. Or what it will take and what they have to give to obtain those goals.

Have you taken time to evaluate your current position? Assessed what you achieved last year, the last 6 months, 3 months, etc. Have you defined what you want to achieve in 2025? Identified the skills and resources you have, and what you need to obtain or improve?
