Here's an update to a previous drawing of the #stressbucket I have added community connection to the healthy coping tap. I feel we need to move away from centering individualised approaches to distress. The trauma trigger tap is a different take on how our buckets can overflow

Next time your doctor tells you that you have a brain chemical imbalance, ask them to prove it. Ask them what the optimum level of the ‘brain chemical’ is supposed to be, and what yours are. Ask them how they know. Then ask them why they are prescribing you a medication for it.

There’s a real gap of providers in #Preston who will provide support in the community to people with enduring MH diagnosis. There NEEDS to be more providers who will provide this support. We are a city and yet we have around 4 providers 🙄in community
