We had a great time tonight at the Unity Council's 60th Anniversary party tonight. They have finished the Fruitvale Village development and we were able to tour some of the buildings. Amazing to see all that they have accomplished.

The Phoenix is the first @EBALDC project to use @FactoryOS modular units. It will also have 49 units set-aside for the formerly homeless, including supportive services. Come through to 801 Pine in West Oakland before 8/27 to see them stacking & setting all the modular pieces!
