So, you can sue the state over unconstitutional legislation. I get that some people aren't happy about it. And I get that others love it. But can we at least agree on one thing?

It sure reads like: "Current SCC Justice O'Bonsawin showed us she didn't know the law". I'm surprised the Court of Appeal didn't soften the language on that one.

Some great stuff in today's @HearsayDaily looking at the length of Supreme Court of Canada decisions since 2005. Last week's decision in Dickson was close but not the longest. #SCC
This is just wildly deceptive, and seems to be a blatant attempt to spin a niche argument about legal errors into culture war fodder.
The Canadian Supreme Court did say the term "a woman" in a ruling was confusing. But the problem was with the "a" not "woman."
