@EnvHamilton @JohnPaulDanko YOUR WRONG! Even if shovels hit the ground tomorrow, it will take 5-7 years before trains start running. Ensuring Hamilton Taxpayers, who are the greatest investors in this project, get to choose the best, isn't a waste of time. It's called honoring commitments and Contracts.
