but the most hurtful thing, was their representative calling me on a recorded line, to tell me, that I must not have identified myself as handicap correctly, ans that's why I was told, "I better just walk"
I can't believe I still have to fly #American airlines. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
so.... we decide to walk, because we don't have 45 muns to wait. on the way from E to C... NONE of the escalators work, and only ONE moving sidewalk works I tried to flag at least 3 club cars, as the tears poured down my cheeks as I tried to hurry, no one helped. @AmericanAir
When we got to the #America club, we asked ro assistance getting to C terminal. Their advice??? We don't really have service here... but if you can walk to C... they can help you out?!?!?!? are you kidding me?!?!?!
We had a little over an hr layover to get to our connecting flight. The Admirals vlub was the closest customer service, because there was noone at the gate we flew in to. so I hobbled there.
My heart hurts :( I travel so frequently that I feel I understand what everyone goes through. BUT I WAS WRONG. @AmericanAir does NOT take care of ADA passengers. I have seen it in certain circumstances and ashamed to say, brushed it off... but today I experienced it.
