@dineshwadera @ClearfromCT @Speqtasoft The way they access the GST portal is treated as "Unauthorized activity" & it is a punishable offense. Any software that asks for the GST portal User ID and password and asks you to enter a captcha works based on web scraping. You can read more here. gst.gov.in/policies/terms…

@dineshwadera @ClearfromCT @Speqtasoft Speqtasoft works based on Web-scrapping to pull data from GST portal. Web scrappjng on GST portal is a punishable offence u/s 43 & 45 of IT Act 2000. This is clearly written in Terms & Conditions of GST portal. The software provider & the users will be in trouble.
