So much emphasis on medical well- being. But feels empty words as still hearing endless tales of hospital doctors being sent miles away without any reference to their wishes/needs, not allowed a/l for weddings/funerals, on-call rooms being taken way and removal of team working.

The NHS Discharge Medicines Service is an essential service offered in all #CommunityPharmacies. From today, acute trusts are being incentivised to refer patients to have their medicines checked by a community pharmacist when they leave hospital to improve safety and reduce harm.

Working in GP surgeries (as FCP’s) we see how tirelessly the entire practice staff work and always with a smile. I will not hear anything negative about and practice staff or any staff in the NHS for that matter. I do not know a single one who does not give it their all.

I am exhausted. I've given everything for my patients and could not give more. The NHS is not currently capable of providing safe universal care. Still, I am still against industrial action. The pen is mightier than the sword. We need to change how we communicate, not attack

Frankly I’m sick of this rag,we are seeing less F2F because there is still a pandemic, to protect often vulnerable patients and staff, because many patients are happy with remote consultations and we always offer F2F if it’s needed or requested. All while we struggle with demand
