@MiskellahMD @DrBKhalwale @kmpdu @danaceda @Bookten8 Doc, also tell them that 450 graduate as Drs annually from UON while only 130 are government sponsored (A students). The rest 300+ are B and C+ students with money (SSP). Not all Dr.s are clever, others are just average hardworking students.

@Dr_AustinOmondi Ironically, the medical team are never concerned about the patients' nutrition. No one asks what the patient ate for the past 24hours akiwa ward, the M.O/conso/CO will always adjust the insulin dosage mara moja. The nurses are always understaffed to follow up on patients' diet.

@dr_chep Apprenticeship skills like kuweka line huwa mainly kazi ya interns ndo walearn. Si that nurses can't fix the lines. In emergency care settings such as maternity and accident & emergency department nurses hufix line bila interns. Juu utawahi learn wapi? Nothing special about it.

@Dr_AustinOmondi But ni hawa M.O interns wenye huwa na knowledge gap sanasana wale wenye walipata B plain wakapelekwa parallel medicine then wakarudia mara mbili ndo hukuwa na entailment ya kiujinga. Grade 'A' materials whether doctors, C.Os am Bsc Nurses huwa very humble.

@KhalifKairo I have my degree, got an A-, got a decent job and I am comfortable. But ikifika eti nakufa juu ya njaa, heri nikufe kushinda kufanyia mtu mjinga kama Kairo kazi. Hawa watu wa low IQ hukuwa na low self-esteem. Kuuza gari haitaji intelligences yeyote. Just communication skills.
