@Dr_AustinOmondi Ironically, the medical team are never concerned about the patients' nutrition. No one asks what the patient ate for the past 24hours akiwa ward, the M.O/conso/CO will always adjust the insulin dosage mara moja. The nurses are always understaffed to follow up on patients' diet.
